Refund an instructional video or a merchandise

We want you to be satisfied, so all products or courses purchased on Train Martial Arts page can be refunded within 7 days. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request a refund.

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method.

How do I receive a refund?

For digital videos, once you have downloaded or streamed the video the return policy is no longer valid. If you refund a digital video that you haven't downloaded yet or streamed its contents, Once the refund is processed you will no longer have access to watch the video on our site.
